Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Expo Solution ("EHS"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services Description

EHS provides exhibition stand design and fabrication services in Saudi Arabia and China, as well as hotel booking services worldwide. All services are provided subject to availability and agreement on specifications.

Booking and Payment

For hotel bookings, EHS acts as an intermediary between clients and hotel suppliers. Rates and availability are subject to change. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation or modification is available up to 5 days before check-in for most hotel bookings. Exhibition stand projects follow a separate cancellation schedule as outlined in your project agreement.

Limitation of Liability

EHS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
